Clarity sprint
- Defined problem you are solving
- Business model that works for you
- Your story that partners and investors understand
- A plan for what to work on first

I work with early-stage founders and farmers who need help finding their strategic direction, creating a product or service the market needs, and setting up operations.

I work with two kinds of people: early-stage founders who feel stuck, and farmers who want to start selling directly to consumers.

When you try to shape your idea into a service or a product, you see so many directions it could go that it overwhelms you.
Investors, partners and customers each need a different story. It's really hard to get them on board.
You clearly see the problem within the system and have a vision of how it should work, but how do you shape it into a tangible solution?
Investors expect hard numbers. In the regenerative field those numbers come slowly, but with much bigger impact and broader returns. How do you make them see it?!

Conventional buyers don't pay for quality. You should be getting more for growing healthy food and your environmental services.
Your soil and food quality is high. People rarely appreciate that.
You are busy running a farm and keep postponing setting up direct sales. You need someone to take care of operations, regulations, logistics and sales.

I believe all projects should follow these steps to get the best results, but I adjust my approach to your needs and the context I am working in.
We start with listening: your idea, your land, the problem you are solving, what has worked and what hasn't. We identify what is missing to shape a robust solution.
We think through how your service or product will work, and then find a way to make the first batch or a real-life prototype to show it to your customers.
We create a plan with all the steps needed to get your solution working. I take care of partnerships, sales channels, operations, logistics, the website and more. We'll make this happen!
Here I describe what I can do for you, but feel free to reach out and we'll find the approach that works for you.

I join your team and do whatever is needed: go-to-market plan, business model, partnerships, pitching, communications, product building, operations and more.

A beautiful website that tells your story and makes it easy for people to understand what they can buy or how they can work with you.

We look at your products, customers and channels, and find the most realistic way to start selling directly to people.

I become responsible for sales operations. After looking at your situation, we decide which product to start with and what is missing to make it happen, and I start organising.

A beautiful website that tells your story and makes it easy for people to understand what they can buy or how they can work with you.

These regenerative farmers manage their land in Lithuania with 65 cows, using rotational grazing all year round. I helped define the vision and mission, and evaluate ideas when the time came to think about what's next. Now they are also growing strawberries and keeping egg-laying chickens.

I started by understanding the concept and shaping the idea into a solution. I built the website and the digital Food Quality Evaluation reports. As an operator, I was responsible for presentation design, testing protocols, representing the business at conferences, establishing partnerships and more.

My work gave the founders more clarity on business direction and internal processes, and better ways to talk about the service with clients.

After taking the Bioregioning in Practice and Community-Based Tourism courses with my friends, I went through my own idea-to-solution process. We realised there is a need for a platform where conscious tourists can find experiences and communities that want to share their culture with visitors.

I spent 9 years in tech and innovation at Philips, Capgemini and Rabobank, turning ideas into launched products. I love solving complex problems, finding clarity in ambiguous situations and aligning very different people towards the same goal.
Realising that human health depends on soil health made me leave my corporate job and start working with regenerative cattle farmers. Then I joined a regenerative land management startup through EIT Food. I learned a lot about rotational grazing, land management and food, and I continue learning every day.
Today I apply the skills and experience from my previous jobs to help regenerative businesses thrive. I take care of tech, operations, communication and design, so you can focus on big-picture thinking or on your land.
I truly believe that regenerative agriculture and bioregioning are the keys to the crises we are facing. Let's work together!

Book a call to chat about your business or farm and we'll see how I can help.
